Code of Ethics

At IOTECH we believe that trust, integrity and responsibility are essential pillars for building strong, lasting relationships with our clients, partners, employees and society at large. This Code of Ethics sets out the principles that govern our professional and business conduct. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Integrity and honesty

We always act with transparency and rectitude. We reject any form of deception, conflict of interest or conduct that compromises the trust placed in us.

We handle all sensitive or confidential information of our clients, suppliers and employees with the utmost care. We are committed to protecting personal and strategic data in accordance with applicable law.

4. Commitment to cybersecurity

As cybersecurity experts, we take responsibility for acting ethically and professionally in the implementation, management and use of technology. We do not tolerate the misuse of tools or knowledge for malicious or unauthorized purposes.

5. Regulatory compliance

We comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards in the countries where we operate. We actively cooperate with authorities when required and promote compliance throughout the value chain.

6. Anti-corruption and transparency

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption. We do not offer, promise or accept bribes or improper incentives of any kind, directly or indirectly.

7. Social and environmental responsibility

We contribute to sustainable development, acting responsibly toward our social and environmental surroundings. We promote the ethical use of technology to improve people's lives.

8. Reporting and inquiry channels

We foster a culture of responsible reporting. Any violation of this Code can and should be reported through our compliance channel: cumplimiento@iotech.mx.
